Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) shall govern the attendance of all participants to the Youth In Charge SDG Summit (“Event”).

The information within this site is intended for general customers and may not be applicable to some geographical areas. Youth In Charge SDG Summit will use reasonable endeavors to ensure that the contents of this site are accurate and up to date. However, Youth In Charge SDG Summit reserves the right to change information at any time.

1. To be eligible to attend the Youth In Charge SDG Summit, Participants must be 17 or over at the time of registration.

2. You must send us your complete details as you will be attending the summit by means of completing the online registration at https://youthincharges.com/

3. Please check the accuracy of the information you provide on your application form carefully, including any dietary or special access requirements, as Youth In Charge SDG Summit cannot be held responsible for errors.

4. Youth In Charges SDG Summit will not be responsible for any action taken by the government or public authority of any kind including not granting consent or clearance of attendance.

5. Participants are responsible for ensuring their own safety and security whilst spending time in the host city. Youth In Charge SDG Summit disclaims any liability for loss or damage to participants or their property, including bodily injury, unless solely attributable to the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Youth In Charge SDG Summit.

6. Participants can only participate by adhering to the deadlines on registrations.


Registration Deadlines:

● Youth In Charge SDG Summit Registrations shall only be conducted through the official website of Youth In Charge SDG Summit.

● Upon registration, participants will have to fill all the required information, including preferences for participation.

● Youth In Charge SDG Summit registrants will have the option to choose from various participation packages.

Each category will have different fees for each package. There will be no extension on the registration deadline. In case of any changes, participants will be notified through Youth In Charge SDG Summit’s social media platforms. Participants must contact Youth In Charge SDG Summit if they need visa support at info@youthincharges.com


Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks associated with the Youth In Charge SDG Summit, are owned by or licensed to Youth In Charge SDG Summit. Unauthorized use of Summit materials is prohibited.



Visa:

Visa Support Letters will be issued to confirmed applicants within 14 Days of receiving such request, provided the request was made either less than or equal to 30 Days prior to the first day of the summit. Issuance of a Visa Support Letter does not guarantee visa issuance.

It is the responsibility of the participant to secure a visa/entry to the destination country within appropriate time. Youth In Charge SDG Summit will provide maximum assistance to participants having problems securing a visa. Youth In Charge SDG Summit, however, cannot influence the final decision of the issuing Embassy/Consulate.



Rebranding/Name Change:

Youth In Charge SDG Summit reserves the right to rebrand or change the name of the summit at any particular destination without prior notice to the participants. However, such change is limited to the name only without affecting the main essence and core objectives of the summit.



Mode of Payments:

All Payments shall only be done through our official website i.e. https://youthincharges.com/ Youth In Charge SDG Summit will neither acknowledge, nor be responsible for any payments done to any individual claiming to be an Ambassador or Official of Youth In Charge SDG Summit. Payments can be made through Credit/Debit Card or International Wire Transfer



Refund Policy:

Registration fees are Non-Refundable. If the participant was unable to get a visa to the host city other fees paid will be refunded except the registration fee which is 100 dollars.



Code of Conduct:

● Registrants hereby certify by completing the registration process that all information submitted is truthful and accurate. The registrant understands that falsification of any information provided will disqualify him or her from participating in Youth In Charge SDG Summit and future Youth In Charge SDG Summit activities, and will result in legal actions against them.

● Participants agree that all material produced for this summit will be original work. Plagiarism will not be tolerated at Youth In Charge SDG Summit and should the Youth In Charge Summit Secretariat discover instances of plagiarism, the individual shall bear consequences.

● Participants are expected and obliged to obey the laws of the host country while participating at Youth In Charge SDG Summit. Participants will be personally responsible for all charges and damages incurred by them to facilities of the summit and social event venues.

● Participants understand full assumption of risk and acknowledge that Youth In Charge SDG Summit, and its President, Members, Officers, Elected Representatives and Employees, including the Youth In Charge SDG Summit Secretariat, do not assume any responsibility for the conduct and activities of the participants.

● Participants agree to accept and abide by the Code of Conduct published in the Summit Handbook and decided by the Youth In Charge SDG Summit Secretariat.
